Day 15 - Better Late Than Never
Russia in no rush
Russia defeated the Netherlands in Basle, Switzerland after scoring two goals in final 15 minutes of overtime. Andrei Arshavin led Russia with superb playmaking, passing, and the final goal. In the end, Russia earned the score they deserved. They flat out beat the Netherlands.
A few days ago we ask who was The Truth and didn’t even have his name on the list! But, let this be known: My name is Thaddeus Byron Aloysius Dopenhopper and Andrei Arshavin is the mf-ing1 Truth. Quote me on that and don’t take nothing out.

I will miss the Dutch and their incandescent orange. The northwest corner of St. Jakob Park looked like a convention of highway workers! Ab fab!
This is the only trophy the Netherlands will take home this year: Best Dressed!
